Rental Requirements

 

Residential Leasing and Management thanks you for considering leasing one of our properties. For more than 23 years, our company has provided top-notch management services. Please consider the following recommendations to get your application processed and proved as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Be sure to provide the names and telephone numbers (home and work preferred) of at least 2 years of rental history from people not related to you. Always be sure to include your move-in and move-out dates and exact apartment number or home address.
  2. Your gross monthly income should be at least 3 to 4 times the rental amount. If you are self employed, please provide your latest tax return, as well as 4 months worth of bank statements or other proof of income.
  3. A deposit of one month's rent in the form of a money order or a certified check must accompany the application. You should include any pet deposits ($200.00 per pet) at this time also. A separate money order or check must also be included of $35.00 per applicant ($70 per couple) as a non-refundable application fee. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Residential Leasing and Management.
